Do you charge for your services?

Our services are FREE of charge. We don’t charge anything from our clients.

How can I apply for a program?

There are four routes for applying to a program:

  • Drop by at the nearest branch of ours and get personal assistance
  • Using the enquiry form located on our Facebook page
  • Via email (info@uppnetwork.com)
  • You Can always register and apply through our website, which gives the privilege to check the status of the application process.
What are the visa requirements for international students?

The following document s would be required:

  • Scanned copy of whole passport which has a validity period of more than one year
  • Three copies of your recent passport sized photographs
  • A scanned copy of your academic transcript
  • Completed medical examination form
  • University acceptance letter (offer letter)
Can I get career guidance from UPP?

Yes, we do provide career guidance.

How many days does it take to get the placement/offer letter from the university?

The number of days usually depends on each individual case and university of preference. It won’t take no more than 7 working days to get the placement/offer letter, if we have the required documents.

How much does it cost for tuition fees?

Depends on the respective University’s fee structure. Please send us an inquiry regarding the program and the University of Preference to info@uppnetwork.com for more details.

What is the living cost in Malaysia?

The cost depends on the area where your choice of University is located in. A pocket money with a range of $350 - $550 would be sufficient for your basic needs (room rent, food, travel, etc).

Do you help transfer student? (I have already done one year of my degree course and I want to change the institution)

Yes, we do help transfer students. Those students can follow the normal procedure to apply. Once we get the details will help you to get the proper exemptions from the University of your choice.

Can you help me in getting a scholarship?

es, we do help students based on their academic results to get appropriate discount schemes from our partnership Universities.

Can you help me settle in Malaysia?

Yes, we do provide accommodation services.

Can I work while studying in Malaysia?

You can only work during your semester breaks or holidays of more than 7 days while studying full-time in Malaysia, subject to immigration requirements. The application to work part-time must be forwarded by the representative of the Educational Institution, in the presence of the student at the Immigration Department Headquarters Malaysia.
